SENA 9158 (Salaried Employees of North America, part of the United Steelworkers) represents Boston city employees in various essential roles, advocating for fair terms, better working conditions, and contract enforcement in departments like Parks & Rec, Boston Centers for Youth and Families, and Inspectional Services, covering jobs from public works and transportation to emergency medical services, ensuring these public servants have a voice and strong representation for city services to function effectively.
